A. Candlestick Project Development Update: FivePoint representatives La Shon Walker and Catarina Kidd will provide an overview of the current infrastructure construction phasing, upcoming contracting opportunities, and community outreach.

B. Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) Program Overview – Maria Benjamin, Deputy Director of MOHCD, will provide an overview of City-sponsored affordable housing programs and opportunities.

C. San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA) Bayview Caltrain Location Study SFCTA representative Andrew R. Heidel, AICP, will provide an update following the completion of the Southeast Rail Station Study, Supervisor Walton requested the SFCTA Bayview Caltrain Location Study to make a final recommendation between options for a new Caltrain station at either Evans Avenue (approximately Evans and Selby) or Oakdale Avenue (adjacent to 1800 Oakdale; Bayview Street Safety and Truck- This study will develop a more complete understanding of large truck activity and impacts in the Bayview neighborhood and identify strategies to reduce conflicts between large trucks and other road users.
