A. Candlestick Development Update: FivePoint team members will present an update on the Candlestick development, including construction earthwork (surcharge and Deep Dynamic Compaction), schedule, traffic and stormwater management, air quality monitoring, and small business participation. B. Action Item: Candlestick Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Enclosure Design (located at future Major Phase 2 near Harney Way and Ingerson. FivePoint’s design consultant will present the proposed design for the enclosure around the sanitary sewer pump station to be operated in the future by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission at Candlestick Point. The CAC will consider whether to recommend the design for approval by the San Francisco Arts Commission’s Civic Design Review Committee and the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCII). C. Action Item: MJF & Associates Consulting Contract Amendment. OCII will present a proposed $100,000 increase to the MJF & Associates Consulting contract, from $800,000 to $900,000, to support management of the Site Office, the Hunters Point Shipyard Citizens Advisory Committee, and community outreach and staff support for community trainings for the Candlestick Point and Hunters Point Shipyard Redevelopment Projects.
